The hotel is in a quiet area and our room was quiet as well. Staff was friendly. Room was large and comfortable. The free breakfast was ample. Only cons were the tv does not have guide (so you don't know what is on). And the indoor pool and spa were nice, but there were a lot of kids making it noisy and they were allowed in the hot tub which was annoying.

The room was spacious and perfect for our little family get-away! Location is great! Staff were friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub needed better up-keep but we were able to use it. Our room was recently remodeled with new bathroom tub, counters, etc. There was a new heat/air unit that also had a “dry” setting that worked really well to keep the room comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean and soft. We enjoyed our stay very much!

At first the place was great however Carol the front desk clerk was very very rude and disrespectful. I have never been disrespected as bad as this lady disrespected me. I will never stay there again she is a horrible person

Out of pillows and hot tub not working. Upon checking tried to cancel reservation due to limitations but was told no way. Do NOT pay more than $100 for this out of date hotel that has no customer service. What a rip off

It was clean and well kept, check in and out were quick. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, the room was spacious. It was quite with a comfortable bed, good customer service.

I was very disappointed when we got to the property the hot tub was not working. I would’ve chose a different hotel had I known that.

We had a great 2-night stay at this hotel! The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, breakfast was decent, front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel sits in a good area, pretty close to a lot of things, and it is easy to get to. We definitely recommend a stay here and would stay again if back in the area. The only downside to our stay was the hot tub being out of service. But everything else about our stay was great!
