Comfort Inn - Hall of Fame

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It was clean. We thought the breakfast selections were rather slim compared to some other hotels that we have stayed at recently.

Door lock on my room did not work, went to front desk and complained. Initially, thought it just did not program correctly. He said the battery on door lock almost die ( sounded like he already knew this but was not going to fix) and I would have to push card in and out quickly while pulling banging on door until it opened. On average probably took 5-10 minute to just get in my room each time I left. Twice I went to front desk because even after 10 minutes I could not get door open. My key card would not open exterior door near my room. Again, asked front desk about it because it was a pain to walk around whole building. His comment too bad, he would tell someone about it. " exercise room" was one broken treadmill. Treadmill worked for a few minutes and screen started flashing and it stopped moving. Complain to front desk, again, they said they would have it looked at. In morning went to see in treadmill was working, and it was unplugged so that was their fix. Complained to front desk and asked for partial refund because room door, outside door and exercise room all broken. The room had a nasty smell to it. They said they would not do anything because I never complained about anything. Well, I guess if your employee was too lazy to write anything down about the 4 times I did. FYI, while there I found out there are more than 4 other hotels, that are nicer looking and same price within walking distance. I almost checked out as soon as door would not open first time. Really wish I had. No reason to stay at such a poor maintained place when so many better option.

I would like to see the pool area resurfaced, I would like to see a filtered water dispenser in the lobby.

Wonderful Place To Stay! We stayed 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy driving distance to the Football Hall of Fame, restaurants and shopping. Front staff energetic and personable.

Room was OK. Breakfast nice. Outside property had garbage overflowing and shady people in parking lot after dark. Pool was nice.

Hotel staff was FAST and friendly. Regular hotel room, clean. Soft Blbeds need to be replaced, they dip in the middle and are just too soft for a great nights sleep.
