3 Bedroom, 2 Bath  (1689 Sq. ft.).    This house has everything! Perfect for a weekend getaway Directly on Lake Placid. Completely updated with modern touches throughout. Huge screened-in patio with expansive views of Lake Placid. White sandy beach to just sit back and relax with a cool drink in your hand and watch bald eagles perch on the neighbors deck. You can also feed Sand hill Cranes as they visit daily. This home has the most amazing sunrises! Updated kitchen and baths with wood looking flooring and tile. Metal roof is in excellent condition. Central A/C and stainless steel appliances are less than 2 years old.   We do not have a boat dock, however the sandy beach is easily accessible.      The Lake is very beautiful but in it lives the Chizzy Winks. (aka blind mosquito) They do not bite.  A Chizzy wink is a mischievous little white fly that lives in the water reeds and bull rushes of the lake. Sometimes, when the wind blows just right, out they come and can be real pests.
