This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center) provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.
Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This home does not have AC.
- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.
Parking Details:
- Two parking passes will be provided in the home. These must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid any parking tickets.
- Passes need to be returned to the designated area upon departure, or it will result in fines of up to $250.
- The parking of trucks with a capacity of over one ton, trailers of any kind, campers including recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers, motorbikes, ski mobiles, or golf carts are prohibited.
- During the winter months, the parking area and common area walkways are maintained by a snow plow service.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
