On the plus, good location, near everthing and the beach. The owner was very nice and friendly. Accommodation was very basic. All the pots, pans, utensils etc. were definately second hand and cheap. The whole place needed a good clean. Continual damp musty smell, reminded me of camping.

Great spot close to everything.
Great place to stay, we had an over night stay here and they were so accommodating with our delayed flight coming in and allowing a late check out the next morning. Location was great, short walk to the water and lots of restaurants around the corner.

Great Stay at Placencia Villas!
I highly recommend the Placencia villas. Very comfortable, cozy. The hospitality, flexibility and communication was above and beyond what I expected. Our next trip to Palencia will include another stay in the same location!

Great place and price
The villas are in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, stores and the beach. Cute little rooms with most of the needed essentials. Odellis ( do not know the spelling) was exceptional! Was there with whatever you needed. Set up our covid tests, she was very friendly. The entire staff was!

In the heart of it all
Loved the location and the staff were amazing. The room was clean and well appointed. The free access to bikes and paddles boards was especially cool.

Great stay!!
Ron & Lacey were such great hosts! The room was clean, well stocked and access was so easy. Perfect spot on Placencia peninsula. Walking distance to everything you wish. Market 1 minute away for supplies and the dinning right out your door was fabulous!

Cute place!
Great location right in the heart of Placencia village. We loved the private porch completely enclosed in a screen to keep out mosquitos. The shower was tiny, and trying to get the right water temperature in the shower was impossible. And the bed is shoved against a wall, so I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out of bed. Other than the small bed space and weird shower, it was a cute spot, friendly staff and great location!

Quiet hotel & excellent location
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quiet open courtyard off the main street in Placencia Village with easy walking access to everything. All of the staff were very helpful & the room (with kitchenette) was very clean. I highly recommend.
