B&B Puerto Seguro

Ein schönes B&B mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Meer liegt ca. 300 m entfernt. Frühstück ist spärlich, aber ok. Zimmer gut, wurde alle 2 Tage komplett gereinigt von einer wundervollen und überaus freundlichen Dame. Ein Auto ist nötig, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden will. Empfehlenswert.

Qualità prezzo ottimo. Camere semplice ma con tutto l essenziale . Attaccato al mare , il bar sotto è ottimo e molto famoso a pizzo . Tartufo davvero buono . Parcheggio gratuito. I titolari li conosciamo bene e sono persone davvero stupende. Vicino al centro di pizzo in soli 5 min in macchina. Per un soggiorno di pochi giorni ci tornerò sicuramente.

Once we arrived on site we were welcomed by a LADY who first asked us for money for an alleged tourist tax not stated before... The rooms not to be commented on (22" television not working, very noisy climate, inconsistent water flow , but above all COLD WATER... We try to call and there is no one at the reception and the owner's phone is turned off. The next morning around 10 we hear a call and instead of offering an apology we are told that it could have happened, so it is normal. .. But the most ridiculous thing was to be told that to make up for it if we passed through those parts they would offer us a jelly... SHAME ON YOURSELF AND CHANGE JOBS... You are an insult to the hospitable people of Calabria

My partner and I arrive on Sunday 7 August... there is no one at the reception of the structure, we go to the ice cream shop below (part of the structure) and an elderly gentleman with an annoyed look tells us that the keys to the room are at the reception and to look for us where the room is as he doesn't know what floor it is on...perfect I say to myself: let's start well. we enter the room and while we are unpacking our suitcases my partner finds a pair of dirty briefs and some socks in the wardrobe (obviously from the living room previous). I immediately call the lady on the cell phone with whom I agreed the overnight stay who apologizes by telephone but in ten days of overnight stay when she sees us at the ice cream shop (because she is absent where we are staying overnight) she never mentions what happened to me or asks me if it was everything is ok... well... the parking is charged to me in the "estimate email" but the parking spaces inside are only 3 and unassigned, so whoever arrives first takes it... oh well with great patience I call the lady and report what happened and obviously takes away the parking payment, given that I can't use it for obvious reasons. At the time of payment, quite irritated by the behavior I had, I ask for attention on the balance, the owner takes away 18 euros from me and mortifies the cleaning lady in front of me (an unpleasant and really bad thing which in my opinion should never happen in front of a customer) I conclude by saying that to be a hotelier, in my opinion, you need friendliness, hospitality, presence and humility while here only the ice cream shop is given importance!!!

No welcome, cold, rude and absent managers, guarded parking inside the fictitious gate with only three unassigned places, whoever arrives first occupies the place, be careful that they include the cost of parking in the total even though you cannot use it
