Charming hotel
Our first time here and it was a delight. Very kind and attentive staff. Food is good and I especially love the upstairs salon. My room was big and had a bath. The location is at a beautiful spot by the river and just next to the church. We went skiing in Madesimo which is just 15 mins away, and Sankt Moritz 45 mins.

When we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, almost accusing us of not having a reservation. While we were searching, she took a phone call and said” ah yes ! Here you are!” There was no one else in the hotel- we arrived on our floor, the door was closed to the hallway we had to walk down. Lights would not turn on. The room was nothing more than a motel 6, but the view was spectacular. Went down to have a beer. Server was not friendly at all- said no English! Sadly he was our server for dinner. Most uncomfortable dinner we’ve ever had. He printed off a menu in English for us, and reminded us throughout that he did not speak English. Did not offer any good wine selection. Meal was not creative or good
He was friendly in the morning. I guess he could not wait for us to check out! The views were spectacular!!!

L'arrivo a quest' hotel che un paio di volte ho frequentato è sempre stato molto caloroso da parte della titolare. Ci ha dato nelle sere in cui abbiamo soggiornato la possibilità di cenare al Crotto. Fantastici sia la cene sia la location. Tutti gli amici che ho portato ricordano indelebilmente le serate fantastiche in una atmosfera calda e all'insegna delle tradizioni locali

Bello. Pulito. Struttura appena ristrutturata. Un bagno molto ampio ed essendo disabile che viaggiava da solo e si muove in carrozzina anche se non era una camera per non disabili tutto era accessibili. Ottima base per andare a sciare in val egadina. Ottimo qualità prezzo.

Hotel carino, letto comodo, abbiamo apprezzato pulizia, colazione, cena, cordialità e simpatia del personale. Parcheggio comodo Qualità e prezzo per noi giusto. Unica pecca TV un po' piccina. Comodo x girare la zona, Madesimo raggiungibile in poco tempo. Prossimo volta utilizzeremo anche la SPA. consigliato
