Pedí el cuarto más sencillo (el más barato) y cuando entré estaba sucio, las mayolicas del piso no solo eran viejas sino estaban rotas y con pedazos faltantes, dónde se acumula la suciedad. La sábana de la cama estaba con un agujero de cigarrillo. Luego, en el baño, el inodoro tenía una línea amarilla de sarro. Decidí no quedarme y lo peor fue cuando llamé a la encargada para quejarme me dijo q despediría a quién limpia ese cuarto. Finalmente, me devolvieron el dinero, pero su comportamiento hacia sus trabajadores es inaceptable. Finally they gave me my money back but her behavior towards their workers is unacceptable
