After a long trip, a nice one-day stay at the Holiday Inn in Pittsfield. Convenient to the Intermodal Transit Center for Amtrak and other transportation options and located near several local restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The room on the 10th floor had a nice view of the center part of Pittsfield and was reasonably quiet. The furnishings could be updated a bit, but the bed and sleep quality were excellent. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the fitness center was OK. It was temporarily relocated so maybe it is better in its permanent location. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of choices. Overall, a nice stay in the center of Pittsfield.

A very nice location, close to I90 but nestled in a nice community and way from the traffic. The facility is very attractive and was very clean. We loved our handicap room. It was very easy for a person with disabilities. Several restaurants close by and a grocery store across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect time to be thee as the trees were just turning. Look forward to returning.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good and the service is very good. I remember that it was 3 o'clock in the night when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming, especially safe, and the environment was quiet. It was close to Northwest University. The surrounding area was very rich. It was about 200 meters away from the subway station. It was convenient When traveling, there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the hotel service is very good👍
