0 stars! This was disgusting! It still had items in the room as is someone was still in the room! Did not feel safe with the activities seen outside already! Only 1 light worked extremely dark! The smell was horrid and it was like they were trying to cover it with faboluso with made it worse! Sheets had dirt marks and dried food or something on the bed! Don’t even want to know what this was on the mirror! Left immediately! They told me understood when I left and they would give the refund and did not! Spoke with manager and they said they would give my refund back but Priceline were tweekers and schemers and would give me a hard time giving my refund and I call Priceline and they said the same manager I spoke to told them they never said anything and neither company would do a three way call to confirm each other’s statements! They are both trash! Never book here or with Priceline they know you there site is like this and still will refuse to give you your refund both companies gave the run around! Will not ever use either company again!

I decided to give this hotel a chance after seeing the recent “improved” reviews and claims of a remodel earlier this year. The track record before 2024 was consistently poor, but the newer ratings looked promising, the rate was reasonable, and the location was close to our office. On that basis, I booked 6 rooms for my employees. What a mistake. The feedback from my team was overwhelmingly negative — comments included “worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at” and “I’m 100% sure I brought bed bugs home with me.” That says it all. It’s clear the so-called remodel was either exaggerated, extremely limited, or done so inconsistently throughout the property that it doesn’t make any meaningful difference. The reality did not match the online description or the positive reviews that had been posted. I will not be booking here again, and I strongly caution others to look elsewhere. Don’t be misled by the recent ratings — they do not reflect the actual state of this hotel.

The place reeked of cigarettes and the hotel was unkempt. In total, my family and my cousin’s fam had 3 rooms, and every room had a different thing wrong with it. My cousin’s room had bloodied sheets and they refused to change them. Don’t come here 😒
