Guests appreciate the comfortable mini and junior suites, spacious, well-maintained rooms, and pleasant outdoor pool. They also commend the excellent service from the staff and the complimentary breakfast.

Hotel staffs are professional and helpful, they care about your need. Hotel itself is very clean and quiet, our room is facing at Harris Road, but it won’t be noisy. Bed was comfortable too. We absolutely will come back next time.

There were ants in the room, coming out of the wall. We alerted the front desk and we’re given ant spray to administer ourselves. We had also asked for housekeeping to come and clean the surfaces where the spray foam was administered to prevent toxic transfer and safety for our child. This was requested several times over the course of the day - to the front desk and to housekeeping staff directly where the surfaces in the room were pointed out to two different staff. When this still didn’t happen, we were offered a new room 9pm. We were told that management was unavailable all weekend and would not return until Monday. We were provided a very small compensation that did not cover the extremity of this situation. Who wants to stay in a hotel that has bugs? And then at home, we discovered that there were ants inside our suitcases. Overall, the hotel needs repair and better management. The carpet is fraying exposing very sharp nails - huge Tetanus risk. The pool did not have any clean towels with dirty ones just all over the place as well as use bandages. Clearly, no one had been checking.
