Excellent location and breakfast, clean room, the hotel offers a swimming pool with sauna.
The only point I noticed that all staff seem unhappy, sad , there is no smiling smile which make you feel uncomfortable and little bit of unwelcome which is actually shame as I would like to return to this hotel.

Be careful, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Old hotel. The shower leaks, the water jet is weak and the water is not hot enough. The rooms are poorly made. The breakfast buffet is really low-end, "orange juice that is only orange in color." As for the restaurant, the food is bland, it's just reheated. At reception, you have to get a smile from the receptionist. The cherry on the cake is that this "hotel" is also a reception room and in the middle of the week there are parties and they last until 2 a.m. Good luck getting to sleep. In short, this hotel is not a 4 star in any way: lousy welcome, lousy food, lousy cleanliness of the rooms, lousy functionality of the facilities.

Comfortable hotel convenient for town centre its a short walk to main street..Excellent and varied breakfast. Mini bar but no tea coffee facilities It was v quiet when we visited. We used the laundry service v efficient. Be aware shops close at 8pm

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was like sleeping in a hotbox. We had to open all the windows to shower and pack to get some breeze but then you must deal with no privacy, no security and the sun beating in with the drapes open. There is a public terrace that went past our room. The room was only made up for 1 person. One bath towel, one robe and one pair of slippers. The receptionist brought the extra amenities upon request. The safe was locked upon arrival but too late to worry about getting it unlocked. The secure underground car park was convenient with an elevator to all floors. We do not recommend the hotel because the air conditioning is so bad.

The hotel has been modernised but still breaths the old era. Reception was friendly. At check out one of the ladies spoke perfect English. Breakfast was again in an old ballroom style room. The food was close to European standard. The mattress has not been replaced for the last 20 years and you could feel the individual springs. Room was fairly clean and had a filled mini bar.

Hôtel affiché comme 4 etoiles alors qu'il ne vaut pas plus que trois et encore Vieillot, bain à remous ne fonctionne pas, fuite d'eau, petit dejeuner minable à 9h du matin il ne reste pas grand chose à manger. Points positifs personnel très gentil et à l'ecoute avec les moyens du bord, chambre très grande et bonne literie Hotel 4 stele dans nici macar trei. Nimic nu functioneaza corect nici baia cu spa nici climatizarea. Micul dejun sarac la ora 9 nici nu mai ai mare lucru de mancat. Singurul punc pozitiv este personalul foarte cumsecade camera foarte mare si patul si salteau bune.
