I can’t understand how this hotel has been awarded 4 stars . It s tucked away in a narrow , grotty back street . My heart sank when we were shown our room , the furniture dated back to the 1950s . There was no natural light in the room . There were shutters both inside and outside the window which were firmly closed . The furniture reminded me of the utility furniture which was issued after th war . Dark green walls were very oppressive. As our safe didn’t work we took up the offer of putting valuables in the hotel safe At reception, the problem with that was nobody was available to open the safe when you needed your passport or money !

L'hotel si trova nel pieno centro di Montecatini e complessivamente ci ha soddisfatti. Impeccabile il servizio da parte di tutto il personale; valido e completo il buffet della prima colazione (soprattutto per quanto riguarda "il salato" e la frutta). La camera, conoscendo gli standards di Montecatini, è gradevole ed accogliente; forse un po' piccola per 4 persone. Esiste un parcheggio a disposizione ma non sufficiente per tutti i clienti: comunque è facile eventualmente parcheggiare per strada, pagando qualche euro. Giusti i prezzi.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per circa un mese abbondante per motivi personali,e sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto in tutto e per tutto.Cucina veramente eccezionale,anche la colazione non è da meno.Camera piccola però confortevole,con tv satellitare,frigobar ,cassaforte, Wi-Fi in camera e in tutto l’hotel, e ovviamente aria condizionata. Presente terrazza solarium per prendere il sole.Personale gentilissimo,le ragazze alla direzione sono molto simpatiche e sempre disponibili, così come tutti i camerieri,in particolare il signor Mariano. Insomma mio parere ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Se in futuro dovessi ritornare in villeggiatura a Montecatini Terme, ritornerei esclusivamente in questo hotel.

A discapito della descrizione si tratta di un hotel vecchio e non certo di un quattro stelle di livello. Camere vecchie, serramenti in molti casi Vecchi, bagni D’antan. si salva la posizione della macchina perché è servita dal salone e un’ampia disponibilità e scelta di cibo.

Soggiorniamo in questo hotel con mia moglie e i miei figli. Struttura "vecchio stile" ma curato e pulito. La nostra camera è ampia e confortevole. Migliorabile la rete del terzo letto, anche se tutto sommato ho dormito bene. Ceniamo all'interno dell' hotel, piatti semplici ma ben fatti. Prezzo onesto. Personale presente e gentile. Un buon indirizzo.

A very pleasant hotel. It has a unique character and its own style. The entire staff gives it soul, which creates a wonderful accompaniment. The people working here live for this hotel and the hotel lives for the tourists. I felt at home there. Warm greetings to all the staff, especially Mariano, Gabrielle, Ibra, without whom breakfasts and dinners would not taste the same, and greetings to the beautiful, helpful and nice ladies from the reception, Ervisa and Adele. 😉

Hotel was nice, clean. Linens were thin and scratchy. No AC in late May made the room unbearably HOT AND STUFFY. Sleeping was difficult. That is why the lower rating. Nice roof patio. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. We had dinner in the restaurant once and it was good. Cream of asparagus soup was delicious.
