very nice hotel with very bad breakfast...the bread was always old, and very very Hard beds... I could hardly sleep at night.... I have stayed in many different hotels but I have seen like this Hard bed

Despite the lovely hotel building, beautiful setting, this hotel is let down badly by the management. A little away from the town of Pistoia. Vastly overbooked, terribly unprepared, inadequately providing for the number and type of guests. Eager to book numbers but totally unprepared, in terms of the provisions of food and drinks. Unprofessionally run, inadequately staffed. We were asked to reuse the cutlery used for starters for the main course. Such a terrible shame, beautiful premises, lovely rooms, but our safe didn’t work. The housekeeping was very good, but the bar was run by an unprofessional staff. Breakfast was varied and reasonably provided, but the evening meal for our group of 41, was mostly poor, however the starters of various salad platters were superb. Main meal was a choice of two meals, one not so bad and another quite pathetic, the meat on some plates was less than adequate, just a couple of wafer thin slices of ham wrongly considered as ‘pork slices’. Rather embarrassing. Premises 4 star for sure, service hardly 2. They were supposed to have provided us with a shuttle to take us to town, sadly no such provision for those without their own transport. Very disappointing.

Ai margini di Pistoia, vicino alla zona Stadio, sorge questa bella struttura con ampio parcheggio. Classica struttura grande, che ne consente l'uitlizzo anche per eventi, convegni e simili. Staff cordialissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità. Camere buone e volendo, con piccoli ritocchi e/o adattamenti, potrebbero rendere le medesime più moderne e attraenti. Capisco che la struttura è molto grande ma a volte basta veramente poco. Colazione molto ricca e variegata sia sul dolce che salato. Il ristorante adiacente alla struttura alberghiera, mi ha dato l'idea a livello ambientale, di classico ristorante utilizzato essenzialmente da trasfertisti lavorativi ( e ne ho fatte di trasferte di lavoro). Anche quì, con piccoli aggiustamenti, lo si potrebbe rendere più "appetibile". In sintesi...se non si vuole stare nel centro di Pistoia (che come ogni città ha la sua ZTL), questo Hotel è una ottima soluzione, considerando che Pistoia stessa...l'è piccina...come dicono da quelle parti...

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti agli inizi di gennaio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere pulite e funzionali (il letto matrimoniale era enorme e il mini frigo funzionava davvero!) riscaldate alla giusta temperatura. La colazione abbondante e variegata, il personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione della struttura è strategica perché si trova in periferia di Pistoia, immersa nel verde ma a pochissimi minuti dal centro. Parcheggio interno e cani benvenuti. Infine il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Consiglio a tutti, se ne avrò occasione ci tornerò volentieri.
