Residenza con location straordinaria, letteralmente a tre passi dietro il Battistero di piazza del Duomo. Camera gradevole, ristrutturata, con vista sulla piazzetta del mercato. Nonostante la movida notturna, in camera non si sentiva rumore. Pulizia efficiente. Purtroppo il sabato pomeriggio è per tutta la notte l'aria condizionata non ha funzionato. Colazione essenziale, salato con salumi toscani. Comodissimo il parcheggio a 200 metri. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We reserved the rooftop suite with private terrace seven months in advance, but due to an IT mix-up the hotel double-booked it and assigned our room to another guest. We were downgraded to a smaller room and received a partial refund, but it didn’t make up for the lost terrace views. The air conditioning worked when we got into the room but somehow could not cool the air later on no matter what setting was tried, so the room reached 26 °C by morning. The only windows faced a noisy plaza with bars open until 2 a.m., so opening windows was not an option. Using the coffee maker overloaded the circuit breaker, and also there were a frayed fan cable and worn toilet fittings. Breakfast was the one bright spot: fresh, high quality, and with great coffee!

Rooms are beautiful and spacious, good air conditioning, great beds and shower. Very friendly service, we got free tickets to museums, walking guide etc. Location could not be better just behind the Battistero and few steps from piazza Sala with all the restaurants.

Soggiorno perfetto, dalla pulizia della stanza, alla silenziosità (nonostante affacciasse su una piazza molto animata la sera), alla prima colazione. Una menzione speciale per le giovanissime Klaudia e Cecilia, che con il loro sorriso, disponibilità ed efficienza hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole.

It is located in the city center and only a few feet from the baptistery and duomo. There are many good restaurants just steps away.

vado sovente a Pistoia, l'ultima volta ho deciso di pernottare in centro e ho prenotato in questo posto, praticamente al centro. La struttura è molto curata, le camere ampie e pulite, il personale gentile, il costo in linea con quello che offrono. La prossima volta tornerò sicuramente
