Serveurs au restaurant sont désagréables et irritants (expérience voyageur fortement négligée) si on oublie ça l’hôtel est très bien situé et Eduardo à l’accueil vous aidera sans hésiter.

交通便利，就在主路旁邊，所以靠近城市這一邊的房間就會很吵，通風也不好。
24小時前台，很晚也會等客人辦理入住。
靠近花園一側房間推薦。
缺點是床墊太軟，特別是中間部分，不能給客人足夠的支撐，睡起來很不舒服。
如果再有下次，我可能會選附近的別墅酒店，因為這個並沒有體現出價格的優勢。

Belles chambres. Grande piscine. Personnel agréable. Néanmoins lits mous +++, une des chambre puait +++ les canalisations et pour la première fois pas d’eau potable en libre service. Possible de prendre des conso au bar et de les consommer vers la piscine. Peu de restauration potable à proximité.

The hotel is fantastic, it is very pretty and peaceful. Waking up in the morning I could hear the sound of birds which was lovely to hear. The rooms are very clean and modern, fitted with both a fan and air conditioning. The pool is very spacious, with lots of sunbeds and plenty of both sun and shade. There is a restaurant and the food at dinner was really nice on the a la carte menu. At lunch they serve a buffet, catering for the tour groups stopping off after visiting Chichen Itza. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. If I go to Chichen Itza again, I would definitely stay here. The walk to Chichen Itza is 22 minutes, along one road, this is also where the bus drops you off if coming from Merida or Valladolid. There is also a convenience shop, selling drinks and snacks about 5 minutes walk down the road. All in all a great peaceful stop.

We stayed at Puerta Chichen on a recent trip to see Chichen Itza and are very glad that we stayed here. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the restaurant staff were as well. The room was comfortable and the bed was decent. The only complaint is that the hotel wifi gave out a few rooms from our room. We were in 219 and the wifi did not reach past 216. Other than this, our stay was excellent. Plus, if you like to walk, the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from Chichen Itza.

Buen lugar para una noche después de estar todo el día en Chichén Itzá, limpia, cómoda y el buffet a buen precio y rico. Solo falta el internet en las habitaciones que no llega muy bien. Nosotros llegamos caminando a la zona arqueológica sin problemas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente .
