In the afternoon, the Wi-Fi worked fine in the evening. I could not get Wi-Fi on either my laptop or my iPad. I went to the office and the attendant got it working on my iPad when I brought it back to my room there was no Internet connection I rebooted my computer rebooted my iPad, I managed to get my computer to work for 10 minutes and then lost connection and was unable to connect to the Internet. I then went to the office and showed the attendant the computer screens documented the failure to connect without looking at them. He immediately grabbed the computer and manipulated the screen so that the evidence was no longer there objected to the first one and the second computer and he did so anyway, and we both raised our voices and he ordered me out of the office, which is fine, but it remains that the Internet connection in my room the furthest from the office was not working most likely because the bandwidth was not sufficient on top of that. The attendant was totally unwilling to consider that I might have a legitimate complaint as to the computer. I told him not to touch either one of them, and he did both which led to our disagreement.

Went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay!! They replaced my room key when I got locked out. Close to the beach so I was able to walk about 8 minutes from the hotel.

I paid about $90/night, which was one of the cheapest rates in Pismo, especially for a place just 2 blocks from the beach. I found out why it was so inexpensive because of these issues- The room was not ready on time, and certainly not ready for the early check-in they claimed was possible. The A/C in the room was inoperable. There was no hair drier in the room, just a plate attached to the wall where one might have been. They said my room rate didn't get me an in-room hair drier, and I had to borrow one from the office. The walls and windows are not thick enough, so I could hear people talking next door, as hear all traffic as it passed by on PCH (Dolliver). All the rooms face the highway. Room is very small, the in-room refrigerator and microwave were taking up the entire bottom half of the small closet and the fridge would make noise that could be heard from the bed, without a door to cover it. Water pressure was poor and took a while to get hot. There were no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom, which is a big fail in any place close to the beach. Television did not come with channel guide. Lots of channels, but no guide. There were specs over all the walls and the ceiling, not sure if it was damage or food. The motel did have a few good features- The lights on the bedside tables were new, with power ports and plugs. The overhead ceiling fan helped to cool off the room on a rare warm day. The bed was very decent, as was the bathroom area. The location is good, just 2 blocks from the beach and several good restaurants. I was able to easily walk to the pier, Cracked Crab and other shops. The parking is right next to the rooms and there were plenty of spaces. The highway is not really busy, making it easy to cross when out walking. Several of these issues one might encounter at a much more expensive hotel or rental, like the loud noise from all the motorcycles on the weekend. Considering that, if I were able to get the same room rate in the future, I might seriously consider staying here again, but will bring earplugs.

It was newly remodeled! Wasn’t expecting it to be that great for the price. Would go back again for sure. Also loved the kitchen, extra soaps and coffee! 10/10.

Came here with hubby for our anniversary our Room was nice and clean the water was nice hot the bed was very comfy customer service was very nice we will definitely be coming back

Driving up north and decided to stay one night in Pismo. This was a great spot. Clean and comfortable bed. Location is walking distance to beach and downtown Pismo.

Simple, clean room. Granite counters and shower walls. Bedding was clean and fresh. All the soaps provided. Nice to have organic pods and keurig in room.

Highly recommend. We loved our trip. Excellent for the price. Our 2 night stay was very comfortable.

Stayed here for one night passing thru… very clean room coffee maker microwave and mini fridge in room which was a nice surprise for the price. Bed was comfy quiet night sleep. Would definitely book here again.
