Absolutely phenomenal hotel! Gorgeous rooms, amazing breakfast, wonderful warm staff and fabulous swimming pools! Couldn’t ask for more. The rooms have everything you need and more, including switches next to the bed for ambient lighting! Really splendid touch. Must also say that all the cleaners work incredibly hard to keep the place spotless and the rooms are cleaned amazingly well every day. Proximity to the beach is also great - few cafes along the way down from the hotel or one can take a taxi. The hotel also offers wonderful activities like Aqua Zumba, cooking classes and other entertainment to make your stay a truly unforgettable experience. Hopefully we will back and bring others to experience the hotel as well.

What a wonderful hotel - everything was absolutely beautiful from the scenery to the kindness of the hotel staff. Breakfast is absolutely lovely with incredible panoramic views. Great location too - you feel like the whole village is an extension of your hotel! Andrea, Nikos and Georgia have such kind hearts and really made us feel like part of the Pyria family.

The hotel has a great location. A lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff is lovely and very welcoming. We recommend the hotel for a peaceful stay.

We have just returned from our second visit to this beautiful hotel, and it did not disappoint. It can be a risk to go back somewhere you have had a great experience at previously, but the standards of this new hotel had been maintained. The food was excellent, all staff friendly and welcoming, and our room was very well appointed and clean. I could not find fault as every day was a new opportunity to discover this pretty peaceful village and its surrounding area. My husband and I will certainly be returning to our new ‘happy place’ in beautiful Crete

Hôtel ( couples ou quelques familles avec des grands enfants ) rempli de charme avec une déco épurée cependant pas de lit King size, manque d ameublement dans certaines chambres standards (on a du demander de changer 2 fois), le ménage n est pas fait correctement il y avait des taches apparentes sur les murs ou toilettes, il y a 2 piscines et une petite 3ème ( attention caution de 20€ par serviette de piscine, si demande changement facturation a 3€ ) pas top ça …. pas d ambiance ou d animation ( on est arrivée le lundi il y a eu 1 seule animation le jeudi soir) Piscine avec horaire de 9h à 18h en plein été cela me pose problème il semble que cela soit pareil dans tous les hôtels On est Pas trop loin de la zone touristique avec restaurants et boutiques avec une petite marche agréable ou voir la plage à 15 - 20 mn Buffet pas varié et non adapté aux personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande ou voir que du porc par ex ( on a eu 1 seule fois du poisson dans la semaine et on a du réclamer avec insistance du poisson le dernier jour car cela avait été dit la veille, finalement on a eu des crustacés) le menu n est pas affiché par anticipation ce qui est bien dommage, pas de crustacés ou sardines ou calamars voir de plateau fromage le soir par ex L équipe est majoritairement féminine et je la félicite car parmi elles une personne s est démenée pour rendre notre séjour agréable (c est pour ça que g mis 4 ) le responsable de la restauration pas souriant, rigide et pas professionnel car pour mon anniversaire je demande 2 coupes de champagne celui ci me présente 2 bouteilles (très bien) et me ramène 2 coupes chaudes (ou va t on ?) L hôtel a du potentiel mais il y a trop de petites choses qui nuisent à un très bon séjour
