The staff was incredibly kind, gracious, and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and has extensive amenities. The food and drinks were amazing. We were here to celebrate our honeymoon and not only received a lovely treat once we checked in, but were given a beautiful dessert after dining in the restaurant, a personalized gift, and took a photo with the restaurant staff. It was incredibly touching and made us wish we could extend our stay here. This is by far the best hotel we’ve been to in Peru. Before the end of our first night, we discussed coming back to Casa Andina for our anniversary.

We stayed there for a couple of nights, and since we arrived to the restaurant, Giordano's performance was outstanding, not just making us feel at home but giving that extra mile with many tip and suggestions. Besides this, he also brought a special dessert and beverages for our anniversary.

Stayed over for 2 nights to visit the Nazca lines. Service was good. English a language barrier. Food pricey for us. No free water available for room.

Clean, great views and decent breakfast… we were there one night during travel and it was perfect. Service was ok nothing bad but nothing good.
