The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for shopping, dining and sightseeing in the city center.

Værelset var beskidt og nedslidt. Badekabine var ikke rengjort og der var optrængende fugt i dørgerægt og toilet dør. Alt i alt et alt for dårligt værelse til en alt for høj pris.

Small but cozy hotel. The location is very good, it is on the main street that goes to the Tower and almost reaching it. The attention of all the staff is a 10 (excellent). I felt very good during my two-day stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and unfortunately it went terribly. The room was very small, with very old furniture but above all dirty as hell, it was unacceptable to find the bathroom stained (I'll save the photo). The hotel is located in an exemplary position perfect for visiting Pisa, it is in the historic center, very soundproofed rooms, in 2 minutes on foot you arrive at Piazza Del Duomo where you can visit the tower. Non-existent breakfast, there is absolutely nothing to eat, inedible croissants, biscuits and slices not received, there is no jam, the only dessert is from days before (probably from the supermarket), but above all there is no service, the the counter is empty because the bartender is the same person who works at the reception and consequently cannot be in two places at the same time. There wasn't a clean table on the terrace of the breakfast room, because no one cleans it. Room cleaning missing, only the towels changed (which should be repurchased), the bidet was broken, an atrocious experience, a real shame because the location and the courtesy of the guys who put their all into it is remarkable, but this hotel is shocking. Very high prices given what they offer. If the owner is happy, that's fine, he's happy...
