Overall good hotel.
Location perfect, very quiet, clean rooms. Bathroom could be a bit better, but it wasn't very bad.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Stanza accogliente, calda e con tutti i comfort. Personale disponibile e gentile. A pochi passi dalla torre nel pieno del cento storico, è stato un soggiorno rilassante . Abbiamo prenotato più camere e tutti i miei familiari si sono trovati più che bene . Consigliato !

Staff molto gentile peccato che la struttura non dispone di un ascensore o un montacarichi per bagagli perché le scale sono ripide. É la prima volta che mi capita di dovere pagare il permesso ztl per sostare in prossimità della struttura dato che la stessa è in ztl. La camera confortevole mentre la pulizia del bagno lasciava molto desiderare. Non consigliato

Over night stay
Due to flight delay arrived after 11pm. Hotel was locked up had to ring a number and eventually was given the code to get in. Key for room at a closed reception. Realised the next morning hotel had emailed me with instructions but that hadn’t come through night before. Beds not particularly comfortable. Room was very clean. Paid for breakfast but they didn’t have it noted but not a problem. Very small Buffett breakfast nothing explained to you just a lady watching your every move but didn’t help at all. Wasn’t even shown where to take to eat. Eating area cold and uninviting. Tables not set, looked unused. Left our luggage to explore when collecting asked where the toilet was told it was out of use said I was desperate nothing offered (surely there must have been an empty room). Pleased I was only staying one night.

Faites des efforts
L’hôtel est excellemment situé près de la tour de pisé. L’hôtel est ancien , manque d’investissement , pas de wifi aux etages ou après des minutes d’attente , pas de pression. Bruit de robinetterie, frigo ne fonctionne pas . Petit déjeuner passable , accueil très insuffisant. C’est vraiment dommage !!!

Great value for money
Perfect spot for the Tower and other landmarks in the area, less than 10 minutes away, train station 25 mins away, restaurants etc on the doorstep more or less. The only negative point, the metal bed frame was so squeaky, to a point where you are trying to sleep in same position all night, to avoid waking up the whole hotel if turning around.

Excellent location
Simple but very well located. Nice buffet breakfast with a different delicious cake every day! Helpful staff and generally a great base to visit Pisa and nearby cities.
