The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

You can see the Leaning Tower and the Cathedral, but in fact, there is a little distance from the city center and you need to walk a long way, because the scale of European cities cannot be compared with domestic cities. Pisa is such a small place. It feels that there are suburban communities next to the hotel. If you don’t have a car, it feels quite remote and a little scary to walk back to the hotel from the city center of Pisa at night. It takes about 40 minutes to walk and pass through an underground tunnel under the railway. The only advantage is that the hotel is close to one of the small train stations in Pisa called Rossore, which can be used as a place for individual tourists to rest and stay temporarily on their way to Florence. If you really want to travel and vacation, there is nothing here. Pisa only has a Leaning Tower and a Cathedral. You can see other scenery in general. It is estimated that domestic tour groups come here to stay more during holidays.

The room was nice and upgraded. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, but it is a bit dark to walk there at night.

The pizza is small and the hotel is ok and clean

This hotel needs urgent remodeling, except for the swimming pool. I can't stay here for more than a day. The location is also not good, so if the hotel runs its own shuttle bus, more people will come. The desk staff were very friendly.

Hotel very close to the center of Pisa and surrounded by nature, friendly and professional staff, the clean and well-structured structure would need a restyling because it is a bit impersonal especially the rooms, breakfast very good and full of savory and sweet products overall good

If parking around the hotel for free, the walls of the room are thin, when people walk, the sound of luggage can still be heard. The bed is soft and comfortable.
