The experience at the Hotel was great.
I am not happy with Trip because it was more expensive than Booking where I always travel, is that why?
On the other hand, I have a bank debit card in USD, when I wanted to pay they told me that Trip had already transferred it to my card in $U (Uruguayan pesos), which I only provided to reserve.
If someone from Trip Advisor does not come forward about this issue, unfortunately I will never stay with you in the future and I will give you bad publicity.

The Hotel deserves more care and conservation, the rooms are not comfortable and the mattresses and beds are not in line with the stars that the Hotel says it has.
The location and breakfast excellent.
The pools are very good and the surroundings are beautiful.
The Hotel is incomparable but it is poorly maintained

Excellent service, very good breakfast, spectacular outdoor pools and other heated indoor and hot spring pools.
We suggest expanding the dimensions of a 2-seater bed for physically larger people and renewing the mattress.
The food and service are unsurpassed.
Regarding the external pools, there should be a children's one, since we want to return with my partner's little ones.
It is very familiar and you feel like you are at home. Thank you for making us feel this way!

No hay relación entre precio y servicio. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas y no ofrecen las comodidades que promocionan. No hay wifi en las habitaciones, el televisor era un modelo super viejo sin aplicaciones, la ducha del baño no funcionaba bien, la caja de seguridad estaba rota, en los pasillos había olor a humedad y encierro por momentos. No pudieron resolver las dificultades en cuatro días de estadía.

Hotel caro para poucas comodidades no quarto. Sem ar condicionado, camas ruins, televisão do século XX...Não havia comunicação do quarto com a portaria...O frogobar está vazio e a pessoa nao pode comprar itens fora do hotel. A banheira é de difícil acessibilidade para idosos que precisam pular!!! O prédio é lindo, um museu, mas fica nisso. Café da manhã bom. Mas há um cheiro de esgoto nos corredores e no subsolo, onde se acessa o estacionamento.
