The experience at the Hotel was great.
I am not happy with Trip because it was more expensive than Booking where I always travel, is that why?
On the other hand, I have a bank debit card in USD, when I wanted to pay they told me that Trip had already transferred it to my card in $U (Uruguayan pesos), which I only provided to reserve.
If someone from Trip Advisor does not come forward about this issue, unfortunately I will never stay with you in the future and I will give you bad publicity.

The Hotel deserves more care and conservation, the rooms are not comfortable and the mattresses and beds are not in line with the stars that the Hotel says it has.
The location and breakfast excellent.
The pools are very good and the surroundings are beautiful.
The Hotel is incomparable but it is poorly maintained

Excellent service, very good breakfast, spectacular outdoor pools and other heated indoor and hot spring pools.
We suggest expanding the dimensions of a 2-seater bed for physically larger people and renewing the mattress.
The food and service are unsurpassed.
Regarding the external pools, there should be a children's one, since we want to return with my partner's little ones.
It is very familiar and you feel like you are at home. Thank you for making us feel this way!

De terror. No recomiendo pasar ni una noche allí, fue todo lo que llegue soportar. La publicidad es absolutamente engañosa: un hotel que se cae a pedazos por fuera y por dentro, OJO nada de lo que ofrecen y muestran en fotos existe (salvo las piscinas y el jardín). La cena en un comedor horroroso, incomible y te cobran por todo lo que dicen incluir hasta un jugo de caja al costo de un exprimido natural. La habitación carentes de todo, frigobar vacío, nada de nada, ni toallas había al llegar, nada salvo las cucarachas que andan por todos lados de noche, un espanto! Se equivocaron en la habitación que reserve y si bien lo solucionaron porque me retiraba en ese momento lo que debí hacer en vez de perder 48 horas; esa habitación un horror. Lamentable todo, la peor de las experiencia, inviertan, mejoren, brinden mínimo un buen servicio y confort porque SE ESTA PAGANDO POR ELLO. En unos años no queda nada. Solo con la historia de Piria y el balneario no se puede sostener semejante mentira; publicidad absolutamente engañosa.

Malísima experiencia vacaciones HORRIBLES
Pasamos calor para desmayar 38 grados sin aire, señora se desmayó sutura en la cabeza hay fotos del vidrio que rompió al caer piscinas en estado calamitoso lo único bueno es la comida,en un espectáculo con más de 400 personas pusieron un ventilador para el actor y nos derretimos del calor, patético y te cobran en dólares y como 4 estrellas deberían cerrarlo hasta que quede bien los ascensores casi nunca andan y bajas 3 pisos para desayunar la peor experiencia años esperando que mejoren y cada vez es peor..
