Pelo custo benefício ok, mas tem hotéis melhores na cidade Pontos positivos: localização Pontos negativos, ar com barulho ensurdecedor, camas de solteiro unidas, banheiro minúsculo, limpeza ruim, do 2 piscinas, comida altos e baixos, poucos canais na TV, TV pequena Fomos com nenem de 4 meses, e o barulho no hotel é ar condicionado atrapalhavam a dormir, o quarto estava sujo, banheiro pequeno, TV pequena , café da manhã fraco, jantar dias ruins e outros melhores. Não voltaríamos a ficar neste hotel

PONTOS POSITIVOS: localização, limpeza, barzinho e funcionários prestativos. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: todas as camas são de solteiro e eles unem pra transformar em casal, são bem duras e desconfortáveis, frigobar é vazio (não tem nem uma água), quarto super pequeno e apertado, bastante barulho de ar condicionado vibrando na sacada, e as faxineiras gritam no corredor de manhã cedo e ficam conversando alto atrapalhando o repouso dos hóspedes. PONTOS MEIA BOCA: Comida, chuveiro e o baile que tem todas as noites.

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários dedicados, um hotel lindo, duas piscinas maravilhosas, quarto espaçoso com um chuveiro maravilhoso, as refeições são excelentes, uma vasta variedade de frutas, saladas, pratos quentes, carnes e um delicioso café colonial,você se sente como se estivesse em casa, sem barulho nos corredores, enfim um lugar para ficar na memória, pertinho das águas termais, super indico.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício
O hotel é bem confortável. Bem pertinho do parque. As refeições são muito boas e o atendimento é excelente.
Única sugestão é em relação as recreações (adultas) podem melhorar. Infelizmente o recreador era menos simpático e engraçado do que se considera ser.
Agora, outro problema lamentável foi o barulho (som alto) no hotel do outro lado da rua (Vila Germânica). Foi decepcionante. Pegamos um quarto Superior Conforto e ficamos de frente para a rua principal, nossa alegria durou pouco. A banca musical do hotel em frente além de ser muito ruim foi extremamente desrespeitosa, fazendo barulho até tarde. Sei q não é uma reclamação direta ao hotel que fiquei hospedado, mas deveriam ter um tipo de conversa ou Ouvidoria junto a prefeitura.

Estivemos agora no carnaval de 24, hotel excelente, muito bem localizado para quem gosta de fazer compras, a comida é a melhor que experimentamos em tantos hotéis que passamos, muitos ambientes agradáveis e a caipirinha otima! oportunidade de melhorias; a energia cai seguido, a recreação podia ser melhor, ar condicionado na sala de jogos.
