Infelizmente minha experiência no hotel não foi boa. Inicialmente havia carpete no corredor, acho isso muito anti-higiênico. Embora tenha sido pensão completa, nos primeiros dias a carne foi controlada. Cheguei na segunda a noite e na terça a noite a carne foi entregue na mesa. A partir de quarta feira, no almoço tinha um churraqueiro, o que melhorou a experiência. No que diz respeito á mobilidade, como estavam em obras, não conseguíamos utilizar o elevador sempre que necessário, tendo sido necessário ir pelas escadas. Eram bem iluminadas e limpas e não temos problemas de mobilidade. A parte agradável foram os funcionários do hotel, sempre prestativos e atenciosos. Mas a infraestrutura deixa a desejar.

O hotel é relativamente bom. Roupas de cama e banho bons, quarto confortável. O atendimento é excelente. Café da manhã é relativamente bom. As áreas de piscina não as usamos devido ao frio. As refeições inclusas são boas (considero isto a grande falha do turismo na cidade... as refeições inclusas, abortando a criação de bons restaurantes). A distância até a Termas não era tanta, apesar de ter hoteis mais próximos.

Ótimo atendimento, ambiente sempre muito limpo, super higiênico, e a comida é sensacional, café da manhã, almoço e janta, sempre com uma grande variedade, atende a todos os gostos. Funcionários e proprietários são super simpáticos e prestativos. Parabéns a toda equipe, com certeza retornaremos.

Hotel localizado muito próximo do balneário de águas termais; porém, não está na rua principal o que é uma vantagem em termos de silêncio. Apartamento pequeno mas muito limpo e confortável. Ar condicionado, cama e chuveiro perfeitos! Área de piscina muito pequena mas dá para o gasto. Restaurante amplo e com boa variedade no jantar e café da manhã. Nada de especial; porém tudo bem novo e bem preparado. Staff muito atencioso que não mede esforços para agradar o hóspede. Área de garagem pequena e de difícil manobra. Mas veículos podem ficar na rua em frente; bem tranquila.
