O atendimento da recepcionista foi bom! mas tinham alguns funcionários que ficaram conversando e gritando no hall de entrada Não tinha lençol de elástico na cama, que era coberta por dois lençóis normais divididos no meio da cama (o que é muito desconfortável pois voce acorda no meio da noite sem lençol na cama) além de que as roupas de cama estavam nojentas de tão encardidas e cheias de manchas! o café da manhã é horrível e eles não fazem a reposição! cereal barato, comida fria, poucas opcoes... a tv dos quartos são mínusculas, sendo assim não enxergava o que estava passando!

Nos hospedamos nessa véspera de ano novo. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista Maurício, extremamente cordial, prestativo e simpático. No entanto, as dependências do hotel são ruins, mal conservadas e sujas (exemplo: banheiro mal lavado e louças do café da manhã sujas), não condizendo com a nota de avaliação do Booking (8,2).

Simples, mas se esforçam para que os hóspedes se sintam bem. É um típico hotel para que está de passagem ou trabalhando na redondeza. Um dos fortes é a alimentação que é farta. A roupa de cama e banho estava novinha. Como fui em uma época em que estavam reabrindo em periodo pós pandemia, pode ser que tenham investido no enxoval. Os quartos são pequenos.
