Without a doubt, the worst 3-star hotel I have stayed in in Europe. Terrible service, and even worse attention, part of the reception staff did not know how to communicate in English. There was NO room service, I stayed at the hotel for a week and the room was not cleaned a single day. Only, if you went to reception every day and indicated that you wanted the towels changed, they would do it for you, but on holidays, don't ask for it because they don't do it. Honestly, I had booked a 3-star hotel, in my opinion, from a renowned hotel chain in Europe, and I expected hotel service, not a tourist apartment or a hostel. I understand the situation we are experiencing but I do not think it is an excuse to stop providing the main service of a business (if you are not going to be a Hotel, do not offer it as such, or at least have the decency to inform the client) Furthermore, if you stop providing the basic services of a hotel due to the pandemic, I understand that the staff should be more than aware, not that the majority of the staff that I met did not have their mask on at the reception, or when they met. They moved around the hotel (Elevator included), something really surprising. And last, and not least, the price charged by the establishment is for the services of a hotel, but they do not offer them and continue charging the same??? I honestly don't understand it. In short, the experience is really bad. I doubt I will trust the services of this chain again on future trips.
