Nice but old hotel
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It is not very modern, it is like to be back in the 80s.

O hotel precisa melhorar as refeições. Almoço/jantar. O pequeno almoço era bom Os quartos estavam bem, a piscina tbm estava limpa. O Staff do hotel é simpático e prestável. O bar tbm precisava de uma pessoa permanente, para não estarmos à espera que venha alguém das jantares ou almoços.

Boa relação preço/qualidade. O hotel com arquitetura muito bonita, localização privilegiada com vistas fantásticas sobre a montanha e sobre a aldeia de Piódão. Instalações muito agradáveis e os quartos espaçosos, confortáveis, com boa climatização e insonorização, ótimos espaços para arrumação de roupa e WCs muito funcionais. Limpeza impecável e atoalhados de boa qualidade. Camas confortáveis. Áreas comuns muito bem concebidas, com decoração de requintado bom gosto e bons espaços de fruição para adultos e crianças. A área de piscina interior é boa. Muito positivo também a disponibilidade de estacionamento gratuito, a proximidade de bons restaurantes e ótimos locais de visita turística. Achamos que pode melhorar na qualidade das almofadas. Gostaríamos que o hotel pudesse disponibilizar camas de casal, mas não usam lençóis para camas grandes. Praticam a política ambiental de promover a reutilização de toalhas mas no nosso quarto não havia secador de toalhas nem cabides ou toalheiros para pendurar toalhas húmidas. Não achamos a piscina preparada para crianças, mesmo com supervisão de adultos. A cota mínima de 1,20m de profundidade torna-a pouco adequada nesse aspeto. O cattering de pequeno almoço é mediano. Embora tudo muito fresco, há pouca variedade. A reposição e conservação dos quentes (ovos mexidos, bacon frito, etc.) é insuficiente.

Fraco
O hotel é o único da região, mas precisa de uma reforma, muito antigo, a porta do quarto estava com vestígios de arrombamento, comida fraca, café da manhã fraco. Uma pena um lugar tão bonito com uma única hospedagem ruim.
