O hotel está a precisar de mimos. O edifício, a decoração e os quartos já demonstram a idade do projeto, todavia, não coloca em causa da limpeza e segurança do espaço. Apesar de tudo, o hotel dispõe de espaços agradáveis e cozy. Deveriam ter atenção à insonorização e aos acabamentos das portas, uma vez que estas fazem muito barulho quando fechadas sem cuidado. Julgo que poderiam também evitar o housekeeping logo pelas 8h. Excelente piscina!

Hôtel très vieillissant! Dans la salle de bain les meubles sont très abîmés. La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Pour le diner à 20 euros tout de même, seulement le choix entre 1 plat poisson ou 1 plat viande (si on considère les tripes comme de la viande!). Nous avons préféré d'aller manger en face au village de Piodao. Le petit déjeuner était le plus mauvais qu'on a eu en 10 jours au Portugal : Pain de mauvaise qualité (congelé), fruits abîmés, pot de confitures dégoûtants, la charcuterie n'avait pas l'air frais, jus à base de l'eau. Très peu de personnel qui de plus parle uniquement portugais. Hôtel à éviter!

Hotel muito bonito e limpo, quarto bastante amplo para 2 adultos , 1 adolescente e 1 criança, camas confortáveis e lençóis limpos, WC limpo com toalhas para todos. Pequeno almoço completo e suficiente. Colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos Melhorias a ter em atenção: o AC refresca mas extremamente barulhento e as cortinas blackout deixam entrar luz .

The best option I could have made after a difficult crossing of the Açor mountain range. Very comfortable and clean and with very friendly service at reception, breakfast and bar. I just don't give it a 5 rating because being a 4* hotel it should have some better quality details.

It was the 3rd time we were there and for us it is the best Inatel in the country: comfortable, welcoming, has the right number of rooms, located in a beautiful place, the staff are extremely friendly, available and professional. We felt at home. The meals are excellent, both in quantity and quality. Employees replace it whenever requested. Suggestion for improvement: refresh the bathrooms and bedrooms, as there is some mold and cracks, obviously due to the age of the building. I hope to go back there again!

Fuimos a este hotel en nuestra luna de miel, dado que estábamos haciendo una ruta po Portugal. Está localizado en Piodao, un pequeño pueblo de montaña, si bien está alejado del centro, de ahí sus estupendas vistas que es por lo único que destaca. El hotel, a priori tiene 4 estrellas, si bien está bastante anticuado y sus instalaciones no se corresponden con las mismas. Por ejemplo, en nuestro caso, teníamos dos camas individuales juntas (con ropa de cama individual), nada apropiado para una pareja joven de luna de miel. El dia que llegamos preguntamos por la cena pero como no teníamos mucha hambre y únicamente existe la posibilidad de cena buffet por 16,50€ (y visto que no tenia muy buenos comentarios) decidimos picar algo en el pueblo. Por otro lado, el desayuno es correcto pero sin grandes lujos, tiene un poco de todo: fiambre, panecillos, huevos revueltos, cereales varios, algo de bolleria (bastante regulera), yogures, fruta (en almíbar)… En resumen, las vistas son espectaculares y es un hotel normalizo, pero no se corresponde con las 4 estrellas que tiene.

Degraded and comfortless rooms. The slamming of bedroom doors is unbearable. The bathroom in the room has cracked tiles. The wall had mold. At breakfast we had to eat quickly or the food would run out. There was also an employee who took our plates away from us even with food, eager to take away the towels when there was no one else waiting for breakfast. The opening hours are until 10:30am but at 9:30am there is no food left. We had dinner one day and it was equally bad. The facilities have potential but the management doesn't seem to.

Hotel with poor restaurants and management needs to look at the hotel as a business, in which customers are its priority, and the hotel is not your home. It's unthinkable, at Christmas time, for food to be missing, cold and for lunch desserts to be EXACTLY the same for dinner. And when I say “exactly” it’s because they are the same without any type of change. Example: gelatin removed from the lunch bowl, cut into pieces and placed in another smaller bowl; children left in the air and drying out; etc etc. I spend a lot of time in hotels and I have never seen management using hotel facilities as if it were their home! Very good hotel, warm, impeccably clean, super friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast varied and very good. Large heated pool, otherwise the corridor between the hotel and the pool should be heated, large differences in temperature were noticed. Big, warm and welcoming rooms... even a mountain hotel! The view of the village is superb, I fell in love, waking up and seeing the village and the sound of running water is pacifying.
