Super consigliato! Sempre una garanzia. Hotel a 2 passi dal centro di Pinzolo, comodità e cortesia sono la caratteristica principale. Hotel PET FRIENDLY! Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri 2 amici a 4zampe che sono stati super accolti. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

Had a short break with some friends to Pinzolo & we thought this hotel was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, the food was excellent and the rooms whilst a little dated were immaculately clean. The shuttle bus to & from the slopes was a very welcome suprise too & made things so much easier. Overall one of the best value hotels I’ve ever stayed in & couldn’t recommend enough.

Storico hotel nel centro di Pinzolo che necessita di qualche ammodernamento specie nelle camere. Pulito, personale gentile. Ha un piccolo parcheggio privato sul retro e un bel deposito sci. Dista circa 600/700 metri dall'impianto di risalita: poco ma non pochissimo. Ottima la colazione, offre la possibilità di poterci anche pranzare e cenare (menù a tre portate dove bisogna sceglierne una la sera precedente): discreto. Un pochino caro ma si paga la posizione. Nel complesso comunque promosso e consigliato per qualche giorno di vacanza sulla neve o fuori stagione a Pinzolo.

L'hotel avrebbe senz'altro bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto negli spazi comuni (la nostra camera era vecchiotta ma so che alcune sono state rinnovate). Colazione molto molto abbondante e personale molto cortese, anche oltre le aspettative. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo è negativo, troppo caro per l'offerta.

La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, in particolare modo di Sofia, mi porta o a recensire 5 stelle e a tralasciare le condizioni della camera dove ho pernottato. La disponibilità e il sorriso di Sofia sono stati di gran Liga più importanti delle molte pecche riscontrate.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e buona attenzione da parte del personale. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ho sviluppato la malattia da Covid scoprendo che si erano già verificati in hotel dei casi. Mi sono auto isolata richiedendo i pasti in camera allo scopo di evitare di infettare ospiti o personale. L hotel mi ha addebitato il costo del servizio in camera.

Albergo anni 80 ma bello e pulito. Si vedono ancora le cabine telefoniche e il pensiero va subito alla giovinezza passata quando si faceva la fila per fare una telefonata. Pulizia e cortesia non mancano Ottima cena e buona colazione La mia camera è stata rinnovata da poco, comunicante con quella delle mie figlie è stata molto apprezzata per la spaziosità e i bagni ristrutturati.
