The hotel has everything you need. Large rooms. View of the river. Clean, cozy. There is a kettle, tea, coffee. You can have dinner at the hotel for 2500 rupees - buffet and breakfast too. For 2500 rupees. Elephants come to bathe from 9 am. But most elephants are brought at 10:30.

Our room was on the second floor, with double glazing and a balcony over the river. There was a huge tree nearby, blocking direct sunlight during the day. You can watch the elephants either directly from the balcony - you can see them perfectly, but too high up, or go down to the hotel's "embankment" - they even reach there with their trunks when they come up. Overall, it's a very picturesque place. There is a swimming pool, and you can watch the elephants from there too. We parked our car in a separate yard without any problems, the alley leading to the hotel is controlled by the police during the day - to pass or drive you need to say which hotel.

A great hotel in terms of location and proximity to the river where elephants bathe. But keep in mind that you are not allowed to check in until 4 p.m. unless you buy a ticket, which was of course too unexpected and strange. I paid extra for breakfast, it's not bad. The pool with a view of the river and elephants is a special love! We took a room with a view, also cool!

Checked in around 10pm and the room was full of bugs. Front desk seemed unconcerned although offered to clean it but room was infested. No cleaning would have done a good job to control them. Left without staying. Booked another hotel instead not worth the hassle.
