可能是因為春節期間太忙了，服務人員太少，下午3點了房間還沒有收拾乾淨。衹能出去外面逛逛再回來拿房卡。湯泉水不夠熱，也沒有毛巾換。

房間衞生還可以，毛巾是破洞的，環境還可以，在五指山下，服務很差，前台辦理手續的大姐，業務也不熟悉，説好的贈送自助早餐，結果端上來的是一碗粥，一碗粉，還有一個雞蛋，還有2個過夜的包子.自助早餐純屬虛構 ，周圍也找不到其他早餐了，勉強吃一點填飽肚子吧.這個季節還是不能來五指山，天氣太冷，沒意思.贈送的湯泉只有3個比澡盆大的池子有水，不是全部放水.

房間乾淨衞生，湯泉泡澡舒服！酒店位置離五指石景區很近，出行方便，停車位很多。前台小姐姐熱情，求助迴應速度快。早餐的湯粉和炒粉都是值得推薦的。
小建議:
1.客房走廊晚上會比較暗，建議開兩側的燈。
2.晚上，邊上客房開着房門高淡闊論，聲音吵鬧，還伴隨抽煙。可以排除一下幹擾！
