Not only did they help pick up and drop off the luggage, but they also recommended tour routes and locations according to our time in Pingyao. You must go to the restaurant for dinner. It is said that the authentic Pingyao local chef has been here for more than 20 years. Every dish is exquisite and delicious, and the ingredients are very good!

The price is a bit high, the room facilities are average, just a kang is enough, the yard outside is nice, the hotel food and beverage prices are relatively high, it is much more cost-effective to eat in Pingyao Ancient City, the butler service is in place.

The courtyard is very simple and warm, an original Chinese courtyard with horse posts and horse-mounting stones at the door. It is very pleasant to drink tea in the yard at night. The food in the restaurant tastes good. You can try it.

The inn was renovated from the 300-year-old former residence of Hou Wangbin. The current owner has a strong awareness of protecting historical buildings. The entire inn has been restored to its original state, preserving its appearance 300 years ago as much as possible. All staff members are very polite and have a strong sense of pride and belief in Pingyao and historical buildings. We were fortunate to stay here for one night and to have an intersection with the buildings that were 100 years old. I hope that the inns in Pingyao can learn more from the practices here, and on the basis of protecting historical ancient buildings, more people can witness the value of Pingyao.
