第一次訂名宿，之前一直擔心好評是刷出來的，實際入住後，體感非常好，工作人員都非常熱情，服務非常周到。
院子裏自成一景，很漂亮，拍照很好看

酒店服務既周到又熱情，環境既保留了古樸又裝修的精緻，房間乾淨，早飯豐富，會安排擺渡車到停車場接行李，幫忙預訂了演出票、講解員，會給孩子送小零食，還有貼心的紀念品，浴缸裏貼心的提供了一次性浴缸套，孩子們泡了很久。孩子們説是住過的最好的酒店。

臨時起意的平遙之旅，平遙住宿最舒服的一次，預訂後及時聯繫，指導停車路線，安排電瓶車城門口接送，溝通方式很舒服，兩張大床對於倆娃家庭太友好，都休息的很好，全屋智能很方便，提供了零食，新鮮水果，早餐也必須要給個贊，豐盛又美味。退房時還給了伴手禮，真是超級熱情的服務。

幾間大院相連，環境很美，裝修的意境很到位。深宅大院，院子很乾凈，
服務要特別好評，幫助而不打擾，每一個人都從內心的笑，所有需求都給滿足。
早餐是9宮格的，足夠了，可以要咖啡。有茶室可以免費喝茶和咖啡，還可以免費啤酒，好棒。
床品很好，非常乾淨，床墊舒服，枕頭配了兩種，冬天有地暖的，房間暖和。
房間隔音好。
廁所和淋浴房乾淨，馬桶乾淨。
從高鐵站接到酒店，從酒店送到停車場，全程免費。
提前幫忙訂了又見平遙的票，幸虧提醒，票很緊張差點買不到。
總之，很感謝各位的陪伴，住這裏很開心也很舒服。
