The standard twin bed I chose was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a 4K giant screen, which was super cool to watch movies at night.
The location is excellent, the beach is right outside, and it is super convenient to watch the sea. The breakfast is delicious and affordable
The boss is considerate, the staff is enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. High cost-effectiveness in the off-season. If you come to Nanji Island, I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserParking is very convenient, both in the underground garage and on the ground. The room is quite large and the smart system is also easy to use. The breakfast is very good at this price, and it is quite unique, and there are even steamed scallops with vermicelli. Unless you like Western food, you should like it. One of the pillows in the room is harder and the other is softer. I like this very much. Unlike some hotels, although two pillows are provided, they are both soft. Using one will be too low, and using two will be too high, which is awkward.

XXiaojiudeyunyourijiI came to Wenzhou for a trip with my family and found this B&B on Ctrip. I rented a car from the city and drove over here to experience the new Chinese-style courtyard design. For a B&B that was established two years ago, the aesthetics are still very advanced!

The environment is quiet in a bustling city. You can visit Mingshan Village, but the supporting entertainment projects are not yet fully up and running. But when you open the window in the morning, you will have an immersive feeling of ”empty mountains after the rain”, which is super healing! Come and feel the quiet and leisurely atmosphere before it gets too hot. The breakfast is made by the aunt in the B&B. It's quite exquisite. Haha. I'm flattered.

We went to Sanxi Mountain nearby. The spring water was very clear. There was also a memorial hall for the chess master next to it. We didn't have time to go there.

GGuest UserHotel location: Located in Zhou'an Village, a water town, a beautiful countryside. It is very convenient to drive, on the main road Fei'ao Avenue.
Environment: The overall layout of the hotel is still neo-Chinese style, and the garden design integrates the local water town style. It is very comfortable and cozy to sit in the garden and drink afternoon tea while looking at the lake view.
Sanitary facilities: When I entered the room, the first feeling I had was cleanliness. The room layout was very reasonable. The best design was the open bathroom. When using it, the sliding doors on both sides of the door were closed. The sliding doors were very high and looked very heavy. It was very smooth to push. The metal sliding doors were very textured and high-end.
The hotel's hardware facilities are absolutely in place, with all-intelligent toilets, bathtubs, refrigerators, etc. What everyone cares most about is that the bedding and toiletries are very good, especially the bed hardness is appropriate and not soft. The drinks in the room refrigerator are free, and mineral water is unlimited. What is particularly worth praising is that there are two bags in the room that can be taken away. The workmanship is very delicate. It is the best one I have experienced in so many hotels. It deserves praise👍
Service: The biggest highlight of the hotel is the service, which can be described as caring and enthusiastic. In particular, a little girl named Yaya at the front desk is very attentive. The room I originally booked was a superior bed, but I was not satisfied with the two room types. Later, she directly helped me upgrade to a balcony garden room. I am very grateful.

Disadvantages: Some parts of the facilities are partially aging (p4-5), some corners are moldy or the wall skin is slightly peeling off, the whole is still possible, after all, it is understandable that it opened in 2019. In addition, the mosquito problem in the room is worth noting. I hope that the hotel can control mosquitoes regularly and kill three or four mosquitoes in one night. .
Summary: The price/performance ratio is still very good, this price is still quite worth it

GGuest UserI checked in at night, set the air conditioner to heat, and set the temperature to 28 degrees. I was woken up by the cold at around 4 o'clock in the morning. I called the front desk at around 7 o'clock, and they replied that I turned it off at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. They turned off the air conditioner in the second half of the night when the temperature was the lowest, and they didn't inform the guests in advance, otherwise they could prepare in advance. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is really speechless. I don't know why. I asked the hotel to give an explanation, but they couldn't explain it. There was no garbage bag on the trash can (I don't know whether it should be covered or not). I don't know if other New Century hotels are like this, or if New Century Mingdu's quality control is like this now?
