Although I had a late check-in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, making me feel right at home despite the late hour. The family that runs this establishment clearly takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.
Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly made my visit memorable was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel's owners and employees. GGuest UserI stayed here with my 7-year-old daughter through Wugong Mountain. The lady boss was very welcoming and helped to contact the driver for the high-speed rail station pick-up in advance. Since we arrived late at noon, we contacted the boss lady in advance and she made noodles for us, which tasted very good. In the evening, because there were only two of us, the boss invited us to eat together using serving chopsticks, and we were able to taste many delicious local dishes. On the second day, we had to set off from the B&B early in the morning at seven o'clock. The boss's wife had prepared breakfast early in the morning. After breakfast, the boss drove us to the trail entrance himself. It was very close to the mountain climbing pavilion, about a 10-minute drive away. There are two streams in front and behind the B&B, one larger and one smaller where you can play in the water. I am glad to have such a comfortable and relaxing time before climbing the mountain. The room was spacious and clean. The people of Jiangxi, represented by the boss's family, are simple, warm and hospitable. Wugong Mountain is very beautiful. The hike is tiring and relaxing. I will come again if I have the chance in the future. Finally, my seven-year-old daughter and I completed the reverse journey after two days, and now we are on the high-speed train back home.

We worried about the rain in the middle of the night, so we didn't choose to sleep with the window open (with screens).

The boss has stayed in Guangdong and can cook meals that meet the taste of Cantonese.

I happened to see the last starry sky couple room available during the National Day and quickly booked it. This camp is actually a bit far away from the Golden Summit. I was very exhausted physically and mentally and found it a bit hopeless to be so far away. There is nothing wrong with the room itself. The quilt and pillows are cleaner than expected and not as humid as mentioned online. They are also very dry. The bed should be fine for one adult and one person for a short nap. The two of us are still very crowded, and there is no extra space. Luggage, coats and backpacks look very crowded.
What I complain about is the public health outside. The National Day is probably the peak time of Wugong Mountain. There are long queues to get hot water at night. It is difficult to find a place to eat instant noodles. The environment of the toilet is also worrying. According to the girl next to me, it is difficult to take a shower. It's cold water... The word ”refuge” is also very realistic. It was very windy and cold at the top of the mountain at night, so I had to get under the covers and turn on the electric blanket in the starry sky room, but it was really beautiful to sit inside and watch the sunset while lying down and watching the starry sky at night.

The place is at the side of the mountain. Hence it is well sheltered from the strong wind. But the 80m climb up and down the steps to the lodgings May be challenging for some.

The view outside the window is unparalleled! It's just that it's windy at the top of the mountain at night, and there's no soundproofing for people walking by at the door. There are clean public restrooms for easy washing. In the off-season, there are fewer people. I think the conditions are okay.
