酒店自開業後我幾乎每年到萍鄉都選擇入住宏基大酒店，環境清靜，停車方便；入住人員基本是黨校培訓班學員為主，素質較高；衞生乾淨，空調不錯，夏天冬天都很給力且運行噪聲小。自開業以來的評價很多都提到早餐不錯、品種豐富，但現在宏基酒店的廚師更換後，廚師水平下降了，特別是早餐水平明顯降低，品種很少了，口味也差了，湊合能吃罷了。曾經"早餐不錯″的宏基已是過去時了。
