設施陳舊，連暖氣都沒得。客房人員服務態度差，説有暖氣，我開了一小時房間都沒升温，喊來客房看，説開對了的，還不耐煩。最後暖氣開到兩三個小時都沒暖和，反倒吹冷風，搞得冷。沒有一次性拖鞋，要打電話要才給。WIFI連接複雜，客房裡也沒有説明。打電話給前台，一直是機器人語音，好不容易才連接上前台，才告訴方法。太差勁了
