酒店位置目前應該是平潭島最好的，離龍王頭沙灘最近的。但是設施應該屬於上世紀，諾大的酒店兩部客梯，高峯時段需要等20-30分鐘，才可能給“運”下去，提醒趕火車的朋友們提前出行。

房間比較寬敞，酒店地段很好，周邊吃的很多，走過一個路口就是海灘，有表演很熱鬧。床品一般，打掃的也不是很徹底，垃圾都沒清理乾淨，地上還有前面住客的外賣單。服務還不錯，客房響應速度快，服務也好很客氣。
酒店最大debug是樓層很高，但是隻有兩部很慢的電梯，還有一部不顯眼的貨梯。早晚高峯上不去下不來，還容易超重，真是挺無語的，需要預留時間在上下樓的時間上。幸好客房小姐姐把貨梯讓出來，才能下到5樓吃上十點關門的早餐。

房間一般，服務一般，早上退房，下午離開平潭，發現房間有重要東西留在酒店，到晚上才通知。我們自己找了順風車送到福州，酒店一點表示都沒有。一點擔當都沒有，只是一句冷冰冰的不好意思。這樣的酒店服務質量以後再也不敢住。

酒店位於景區周邊，方便是方便，就是太堵了，別墅樓這邊太不方便了，到大堂和用餐都要下車庫再上大堂。溢價太高。

乾淨，舒適，服務周到，位置特別好，在房間就能看到龍王頭沙灘日出，步行去龍王頭沙灘五分鐘，吃飯購物就在樓下，下次還會入住。
