過來出差的酒店還是很不錯的。大堂休息區也非常多，前面還有個小花園，挺愜意的，房間衞生也很乾凈還是語音客控的，酒店還有洗衣房和健身房，前台小鄭和小趙很熱情很細心推薦了。

昨天下午上班的那個男前台態度極其的惡劣 我們下午五點多出門到了前台還提醒了句我們續住可以打掃房間了 因為一下午前台都在打電話問我們是否續住 阿姨敲了兩次門 我們不能確定下來就説續鍾 確定下來了就到前台説續住打掃 然後在***0左右我們回到前台刷卡 男前台説我們續住的房型不對 因為我在朵頤下的單 頭一天續住也是在朵頤都沒問題 就這次不行 説我不給你續住過去 我説了我辦入住的時候你們接待我並沒有聲明續住需要換房或者下在住的房型 就硬是要求我在宜尚下江景房 我就説了我退房把房卡給我 我老公就説算了住這裏懶得換 結果我們回到房間 發現沒打掃 就打電話到前台問 也是男前台接的電話説他們家阿姨打掃時間標準是一個半小時 態度極其惡劣的説話我老公就問他 要是你們家阿姨打掃房間沒有一個半小時他怎麼為他這句話負責 他還是還惡劣的回答我們 我們就下了前台跟他們討論了一番還打電話舉報 到現在也過去了24小時 酒店並沒有人找我們瞭解這件事的來龍去脈 我們長期住酒店的人 一年最少住300天從來沒見過這樣的酒店 就包括二環路的宜尚和麗楓 我們去住人家也是客客氣氣的 也是入住了很長一段時間也是給我們升級房間 從來沒見過有這樣的前台接待 房間打掃一個半小時 我們在前台十分鐘時間 阿姨在這期間進入了房間打掃 説著是已經打掃了房間 但是呢？ 就是收走了垃圾和補充一次性用品 沐浴露和紙巾沒補 地板床頭 浴室馬桶邊上一地的水我摔了一腳沒什麼問題 最基本的床鋪都沒給鋪 出去什麼樣 進來就怎麼樣 怕前台説我們欺騙他 還錄了視頻作為證據 一個半小時的標準在哪？ 做房標準在哪？ 就這樣來欺騙消費者？ 在這入住五天之前我們很早之前有入住的 因為入住不久沒能知道這麼多 現在真的就是一言難盡 祝你們生意興隆（早日倒閉）吧！
