服務人員服務很好，我定的一樓房間，主動給我升到了五樓，環境以及衞生還算可以，但是衞生間有異味，味道有點大。房間外面一直有異響

怎麼説呢，價格適中，但作為一個四星級和綠色酒店來説就很差了，服務員沒有問好意識，設施老舊，前台冷漠，個性化服務差值有差無法表達，外圍修路不能及時通知顧客，導致客户被困酒店無法出行，總之是一個和星級酒店不沾邊的酒店，
