老牌酒店，酒店內環境很好，大廳正規酒店大廳，房間內設施比較陳舊，衞生間不算太大，布草還算比較新，距離政府很近，交通用餐很便利

酒店的位置還是：不錯，靠近人民廣場。平涼城本就不大，酒店門口就是平涼賓館公交站，乘公交可以很方便的到達想去的地方。作為標4星的酒店，價格低到超乎想象，酒店的早餐單訂28元，性價比不高，菜品不多，聊勝於無吧。酒店的客房服務有待提高，出門一整天，傍晚回來，房間居然沒有打掃，作為星級賓館，這樣的服務，有點離奇。
