以前一直以來都是住的這裏，體驗感還不錯，服務態度也蠻好。但是昨天入住讓我心裏很不舒服，前台一個微胖的女服務員態度極差，我問了幾個問題，她還有和我白眼的態度，進到房間之後，櫃子裏面還有上一位顧客留下的內褲，看到特別噁心房間床上也還有頭髮，因為房間沒有電話，我就沒有下樓去前台説了。好在今天退房前台兩個服務員態度挺好，我覺得我以後不會再住了。
