It was so cold in the lobby, and there was no air conditioning. The front desk staff were shivering in their down jackets, but the air conditioning in the room was sufficient and it was very hot! Very comfortable! There was basically nothing for breakfast. We went there at 8:45 and basically everything was gone. Even the plates were almost used up. There was basically nothing to eat. Many people quarreled with the waiter. What's the point of complaining to the waiter!
