蘋果國際大酒店升級改造進行中，登記時前台應該提醒客人，燈的開關需要使用手持遙控器的，這是服務細節需要細化。停車場極其大又方便，酒店地理位置極佳，附近有夜市。
酒店空調系統製冷效果一般，入住時房間温暖為 26°、吹了一晚空調，早上起床房間温暖為 25°。第一時間，給人感覺房間燥熱。空調恆定 25°，確實對人體有益。睡覺踏實，前台服務，以方便客人為準則。
洗浴間無異味，裝修格調結實比較協調。窗户大，光亮。床鋪被褥嶄新的。

虛稱2020年重新修，其實衹是裝修七樓，其餘樓層都沒有重新裝修。房價過高，與實際配套設施和環境不符。
設施：設施陳舊破爛，淋浴花灑水管脱落，衞生間鎖把脱落，房間牆壁發黴、破損。
衞生：房間地毯異味重。
環境：環境一般，沒有地下車庫。
服務：服務水平和態度一般。
