前台服務非常和善，退房後行李寄存了半天。每個房間都準備了酸奶餅乾，酒店早餐豐富多樣，胡辣湯料多味正。

房間衞生挺好的，床品非常乾淨也舒服。設施齊全，用品很豐富，尤其是還有潤膚露，這點值得大讚，晚上還送有酸奶和小點心。所有服務人員態度都很好，使人有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也不錯，品種比較多。停車免費車位比較充足，離湖邊也不遠，走幾分鐘就到了。唯一不足就是衞生間缺掛毛巾的架子。

在網上做的預訂，到店後登記時前台小姐姐給免費升級了房間，房間比較大，設施完善，早餐挺豐盛。我還在前台保鮮了自帶食品，感覺服務比較周到。
