去平頂山必住的酒店，房間設施比較新，衞生打掃的比較乾淨，床也很舒服，每次入住都體驗都很好，前台的服務也不錯！

訂的時候攜程平台顯示有早餐，實際沒有早餐，衞生條件差，屋內設施陳舊，入住體驗感差。

差評！差評！必須差評！
這家酒店是由原來的洗浴中心改造而來的，格局變化不大，因此除了酒店外觀和門廳改造的還像點樣子外，客房部的基礎設施是真的有點老舊和難以入目了！都2025年了，還有這種快二十年前的風格的酒店？可別侮辱“經典高雅”這個形容詞了！
就這樣還好意思號稱投資約兩個億精心打造的什麼建築面積三萬多平米，各類房型200多套！隨便讓一個懂點設計的人都不至於這麼暴殄天物吧！
然後，是最讓人噁心的服務！還秉承“滿足客户需求，超越客户期待”的理念，我可****吧，一大家子十來個人，訂了大套房和四間標間，一般都在套房裡活動：
1.北方冬天天乾物燥的，需要多喝水，想多要幾瓶水喝，一個大堂經理竟然説出不給拿的話，在外面不到一塊錢的綠色包裝農夫山泉，這裏要收我一瓶三塊！***，***了吧！就這服務，滿足客户需求了嗎？
2.正常套房價格499，我們從1月19日到1月22日入住三天，1月21日臘月二十二這天做婚房來用，直接漲價為699，真的是突出一個超越客户的想象和期待！
3.退房的時候，又扣除我220元，這裏打碎的枱燈玻璃燈罩直接要價200元，行吧，你説多少就多少，但至少具體情況和賬單明細應該發給我看一看吧，還有自己酒店房間地面臟的不像樣，毛巾掉地上，贓污了，説是我們損壞了，又無緣無故賣我20塊錢一條毛巾？又一次超越了我的期待！真行！
4.總結來説，去前台提任何需求都是不行不行，就沒有一次是爽快解決客户需求的！住的真的很噁心，很鬧心！酒店老闆如果看到這裏，真心建議優化一下前台和大堂服務人員的素質、服務意識和工作效率！
再多的話我不説了，本來對小時候一直來洗澡休閑的地方抱有很大期待，結果卻讓我失望透頂！
