廁所繫統太差，整體天全屋廁所味道

優點：內部環境優美，前台服務人員熱情負責，房間面積超大，帶有小冰箱。帶有泳池和泡池。地面和地下都可以免費停車。不足：早餐質量一般。房間整潔程度有待改善，包括房間異味和床單上出現的頭髮。酒店管理水平有待與時俱進，包括給住客發放早餐劵，刷下房卡或者報房號多簡單。住店需要按金，現在還有幾家酒店要收客人按金？泳池內的人沒看見有帶泳帽的，這個是常識，明顯管理不到位。

酒店人員服務熱情周到，環境很好，定了兩間湖景房，有一間衹能看到樹林，另外一間對着滴水苗寨的廣場風景很好。本來想換成一樣的前台説沒房了就衹能將就了。看起來旺季還是不能出來玩，沒有挑選的餘地。游泳池很大水很清，泡池很小衹有四五個，全是人，衹能厚着臉皮和別人一起泡。
