We had no problems at all. The rooms were clean,the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and welcoming.It was also quiet.

My check-in experience was also wonderful, smooth and welcoming. Overall, the property was very nice. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot to settling into my room, I was pleased with the entire experience. My room was spacious and well-kept, with nice, new carpet that extended throughout the property. The lobby smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. Although I didn’t have time to enjoy the full breakfast, it looked appetizing and well-prepared. I did grab a couple of oranges and an apple on my way out, which was convenient.

The stay was good but the bathroom had mold around the grout in the tub and on the ceiling. I tried to clean with a cleaner but needs to be soaked and scrubbed

Pros: Breakfast had a good selection, pool was nice, location was good for what we needed. Bed was comfortable enough but I’m more of a soft bed type girl and this was more firm. The water pressure was nice and the water was hot. The front desk receptionists were nice and helpful. Cons: The secure lock was replaced but unfortunately the bolt kept coming loose, the office chair was bent so you couldn’t sit it. The sofa bed was new but they left the plastic on it so it was a bit uncomfortable and loud. The bathroom is a bit small and there isn’t a fan. All in all was a good stay. We would stay there again if we are ever in Charlotte again.

Jeff and Ed are wonderful. They take care of me like family. Always friendly and kind. Rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is nice also. Food quality is good.

Pool was not cleaned daily. Need to have health dept. Inspect the pool so the manger will kept it clean .on the afternoon of July 10th 2025 bottom of pool felt like a layer slime on the bottom . Also notice the walls around the top have been clean in quite some time .

Comfort Suits is a nice place to stay in Charlotte. The location of this property is very convenient. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I will like to mention specially about Ms Roksana at front desk who tries to help make your stay better . Rooms are spacious. Overall a good experience.
