We booked this specifichotel because of the pool that they had. When we got there, we found out the pool was down for renovations. Then we were told that we could use a neighboring hotels pool, which was sub part at best. We stayed here for an entire week with 4 kids and no pool. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known.

The hotel was nice and in a good, discreet location. The staff was very friendly. The room was kinda small and the doors were loud closing them but other than that everything was good.

The people were friendly. The breakfast was great, but I had ants in my bathroom. The room needed the drywall touched up in several places, in the bathroom the floor was never caulked around the edge. And overall just felt outdated.

The cafeteria's coffee/tea stand had a bunch of aints running all over countertop - I stayed for 4 nights and nobody took care of the issue. The room had strong smell of mold and even working all the time airconditoion couldn't take it off.
The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Nice updated design. Close (walking distance) to food store and many restaurants next to this hotel.

I love the stone fireplace at the entrance. Very relaxing. Inviting scenery, making you want to sit and enjoy your moment.
