Best Western Inn of Pinetop

I had to travel to the area for work and was looking for a place in Pinetop to be close to both locations I needed to travel along with them accepting animals. Maybe I’m spoiled, but this hotel was not up to my standards at all. This is a motel with exterior doors. It’s mostly quiet but you will hear other people. The rooms are old, there are scuff marks everywhere and the beds are lumpy and hard. I did not sleep well the entire time I was here. The bathroom was okay. Water pressure was a little lacking and the closet in the accessible rooms is in the bathroom so your clothes will be subjected to moisture from your shower. The free breakfast was not good. Bacon was incredibly salty, the biscuits were underbaked, the hot water for oatmeal was never hot, and the coffee was bad enough to make me buy some from the restaurant next door. I had limited booking options because of the holiday and the days I had to be here but I’ll never stay here again. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in this area. They usually have at least something good. Bed may be lumpy but bathroom was great and breakfast was good. Or the room size was large and it was quiet but food is mediocre. Everything at BW was mediocre.

Typical cheap hotel. Rooms were worn down with holes that were patched up and stains on the walls. Picked this over comfort inn because of reviews but honestly this is 2 star hotel in my opinion.

Great Very nice for an affordable price. Firm mattress, which I like. Good size room.

We drove from Albuquerque to visited Pine top to Listen to a Band. 250 miles Ck'd in on 2/14 Out 2/15 we stayed in Rm 219 at first "appeared" to be a nice room. Bathroom in need of updating. we asked for 2 extra blankets delevered after we left we went to the ****** and had a blast. we went back to the hotel and went to bed we were so tired from dancing. and driving the next day. and now my friend informed me that she got bed bug bites(Picts). Plus there were more bites that were in other areas that were not acceptable to send picts.. We believe they were in the blanket that were requested if not then they were in the bed coz knowing prior about Hotel(s) having them we slept ontop of the bed Not under the covers on top of them due to the fact of these hotels hardly does anything about them. Which weren't there prior to going to the ******. We place our shoes on top of the dresser and hung our clothes What a shame you have to go to this extreme and spend your money for what you think is a Good decent clean hotel to find out that it's Not and there are bed bugs and possibly carry them back to your home. This is soooo Unacceptable !!!! Also due to the heavy snow fall that evening the upper walkway needs some form of NON-slip safety for walking the walkway what appears to have slate tile which makes it very slippery when wet and a liablity. I am so extremely disappointed and unacceptable with this hotel. why should someone spend their money to fine out they been eaten by Bed Bugs Your Guest Should NOT have to worry about this type of problem. There is a Very Large whole around the corner to go around the back of the hotel which is very dangerous. I want this to be made right!!!! not with just an Apology. I want someone with Authority to concatact me. Hotels have to be responsible. You have my information. I would strongly Suggest to contact me.
